Your commitment and investment in yourself will be to practice daily using the guided practice CD’s (40mins)       To cultivate mindfulness into your daily life you will be exploring pleasant & unpleasant events, breathing space’s and anchoring yourself into the present moment allowing you to respond rather than automatically react to the stress triggers in your life.

Do you work with young people? 

I am passionate about mindfulness skills reaching young people and would like to build up a network of people who work with them. I am offering individuals the opportunity to join a small group and who are commit to attending an 8 week course and to attend a focus group at the end, to discuss possibilities and potentials of teaching mindfulness skills to young people.   

I will offer this course for free and ask for donations to cover the venue space, CD’s workbook etc.  

The course will be held in a central Brighton venue on Wednesday’s 19:00 – 21:00 and will be due to start in May.

Course Cost

Group investment £130 inc workbook & guided practice CD’s

  • 8 week course
  • 2.5 hr per session
  • One day Retreat
  • Total hours – 24 + home practice

One2One Coaching/Therapy - Investment £445 inc workbook & guided practice CD’s.
With personal one-one tuition you will move through all 8 sessions with a personal 1 hour orientation at the beginning to integrate your specific needs.

  • 1 Orientation +
  •  8 sessions +
  • 1 Day retreat
  • Total  hours -  15 + home practice

Courses 2013:

There will be an orientation for each of the courses. This is an opportunity for us all to meet each other before the course starts and to answer any questions or enquiries you may have about the content and the commitment needed for you to gain the most out of the programme. If you are unable to attend the orientation or any of the dates during the course, please get in touch to discuss how you can catch up what you have missed with a one-one.
